3.9 Save JT Data

You can display a preview of a model created in NX within Teamcenter.

To do so, open the window Save Options in NX (figure "Save Options") via File -> Save -> Save Options....Subsequently, check the box next to Save JT Data. Now a "smaller" version of the item is saved within the Item-Revision in Teamcenter. (figure "JT Data")

When you now click the Item or Item-Revison in Teamcenter and select preview in the upper list (figure "Preview"), you'll see a 3D-version of your item that can be rotated (figure "display Teamcenter")
