8.1.3 Connect Faces

In this section, you learn how to relate surfaces or features to each other.

For most of these functions you can use the Face Finder.


Functions available in this section are:

Moves a face set by adding a dimension and thereby changing its value.
Moves a face set by adding an angular dimension and thereby changing its value.
Moves a face set by adding a radial dimension and thereby changing its value.
Changes a planar surface so that it runs coplanar to another.
Modifies a cylinder or cone so that it is coaxial with another cylinder or cone.
Changes a face so that it runs tangentially to another surface.
Changes a face so that it is symmetrical with another face.
Changes a planar face so that it runs parallel to another face.
Changes a planar face so that it runs perpendicular to another face.
