3.1 Access to Standards

Access to Standards

The required standards are available via the Perinorm portal.

• To do this, go to the page (http://aproxy.ulb.tu-darmstadt.de/din-normen) in the Web browser. Here you have to log in with your library card number and the corresponding password (usually the date of birth in the form DDMMYY).
• The search screen appears. (see figure "Search Screen"). Here you can search for the description of the standard (e. g."DIN EN ISO 7089") in field Dokumentennummer. You get an overview of the search results (see figure "Results List"). Now select the desired document by clicking on it and you will receive further information about the selected document (see figure "Document Details"). By clicking the blue symbol in the upper right part of the page, you will see the online view of the standard. There you can also find the download button.
