Digital Factory Planning and Simulation with Tecnomatix

Welcome to the online tutorial Digital Factory Planning and Simulation with Tecnomatix Process Designer and Process Simulate. In this online tutorial you will learn how to plan a digital factory using Tecnomatix Process Designer and simulate process operations using Tecnomatix Process Simulate.

Goals and Training Methods

  • Participants are able to plan and design a digital factory in 3D environment using Process Designer,
  • Participants are able to create and perform simulations of object operations and human work tasks in the 3D digital factory using Process Simulate,
  • Self-study using web based tutorials.

Content

  • Introduction to the software's working environment and graphical user interface,
  • Understanding objects and object structure,
  • Modelling digital factory layout and processes using 3D models,
  • Modelling and Simulation of pick and place operations, object flow operations, device operations, and human operations.
