7.4.1 Print Drawing

To print a drawing, proceed as follows:

Select the menu sequence File -> Print.
The Window Print opens (see figure "Print a drawing")

This window contains the following options:

For a template for DIN A4 please choose DIN A4
For a template for DIN A3 please choose DIN A3

Printer

Here you can choose between the location of the printer and the paper size

EG = ground floor

OG1 = 1st floor, room 102

OG2 = 2nd floor, room 202

DIN A3

DIN A4
Note: Check whether "Hochformat" is selected in the Layout tab under Details -> Properties .

For example, if you want to print on DIN A3 in the 2nd floor, please select \\VS1-1\M700OG2-DINA3.

To send the print job, please click OK ONCE.

Attention:

Please click OK only ONCE. You do not receive any confirmation of the print.

Print points and queue

Your print points and the printer queue for the printers in the IiM can be found here.

Please log in with your login, which you also use for the computers in the IiM.

Note:

The first time you open the link to the printer queue, Firefox gives the message "Dieser Verbindung wird nicht vertraut." Click on "Ich kenne das Risiko", then "Ausnahme hinzufügen" and in the window that opens up, click on the "Sicherheits-Ausnahmeregel bestätigen" button on the bottom.
