In this exercise you'll learn about the function Mirror Feature. You can mirror form features across planes using this function.
Create a datum plane that separates the body in the middle.
Now select Mirror Feature 
Insert -> Associative Copy -> Mirror Feature. Using the Part Navigator, click every hole in the last row of the rectangular pattern and mirror them across the recently created datum plane. (refer figure "Mirror Feature")
