In this tutorial, you will learn about feature dimensioning in NX. With feature dimensioning, dimensions can be easily transferred from modeling by simply displaying them.
Choose Feature Parameters 
. The Feature Parameters window opens (see figure"Feature Parameters"). This window lists all features that were used in modeling.

In this case, only the Simple Hole feature was used for modeling.
- Select the Simple Hole feature in the window or directly in a drawing view.
- Select Select Views
. - Select the view in which the feature is to be dimensioned. In this example, select the basic view (see figure "View selected"). Confirm with Apply to add more feature dimensions, or with OK to create only the selected feature dimension and close Feature Parameters.
The dimensioning of the hole now appears in the basic view. You can move the dimension by selecting and dragging it. Your drawing should now look like the illustration (see figure "Automatic dimensioning").
