Connector

The Connector established materialflow connections between two objects in the same frame. Material units (see next chapter) are moved along the connection. It is a uni-directional connection for material units or bi-directional connection for workers and transporters. Connectors are automatically set to uni- or bi-directional connection.

Please notice:

• The connection only links to objects, the length of the connector is not relevant. 
• In the visualisation connectors can cross, but that does not affect their function.

All connectors are numerated. If you hover with your mouse over a connector you can see the predecessor and the successor as well as the order number (see figure 1).

When in the course of this tutorial you have to connect two elements, then you have to use the connector element. Please consider the direction of uni-directional connectors.
