2.3.1.3 Twin Objects

Process Designer works with a concept called twin-modeling. This can be used for modeling processes and resources for a workstation, zone, line, or the whole factory plant. Twin modeling means that if you create a compound operation, Process Designer automatically creates and assign a compound resource to it, and vice versa.

Object types available for twin modeling:

Icon	Name	Function
	PrLine	An object of resource type representing a Line. When it is created, an operation of type Line is also created (PrLineProcess)
	Process Resource	An object of resource type representing a Plan. When it is created, an operation of type Plant is also created (Process)
	PrPlant	An object of resource type representing a Plant. When it is created, an operation of type Plant is also created (PrPlantProcess)
	PrStation	An object of resource type representing a Station. When it is created, an operation of type Station is also created (PrStationProcess)
	PrZone	An object of resource type representing a Zone When it is created, an operation of type Zone is also created (PrZoneProcess)
